It doesn't install the files in /lib on rails 1.2.6

Strip 'https' to 'http' and it should work.
The Home link should be http://www.ralree.info/2006/6/16/http-url-validation-improved
and you can download a copy from here http://development.kete.net.nz/kete/repository/browse/trunk/vendor/plugins
The plugin is stil there, but the plugin script can't install it because of a bad SSL certificate. You can still check it out via svn directly, though.
Yeah, this plugin is dead. Need to remove it.... how?
